Bad bad service from VW Fury North Cliff. I took my car for service on the 27th of July 2013, I indicated that the car is giving me a problem with the idling. When i left the car the car only had that problem. The service adviser by the name of Cat called me and gave me a big quotation, she advised that a diagnosis was done on the vehicle and gave me the findings of what needs to be repaired and including the idling will be fixed. I asked that they keep the car over night so they can do a thorough check. They gave a quote for R5016.00. The next morning when i come to collect the vehicle, no one is attending to me and I'm left wondering around. Finally a sales consultant assists me. I pay the full amount that was quoted to me.

When i go start the vehicle, the vehicle is WORSE than when i brought it in the morning. The vehicle has a VERY LOUD sound coming from underneath, the back pipe is spiting black things, I can not move to first gear. The manager and the service consultant tell me that, its one of the things that they cleaned and any way I was not charged for it yet on the quotation its there, I asked how on earth do you say you didn't charge me for it yet i paid
