"Moving service to an Executive level" - NOT!

If I'd had a rand for each time Ive been told by this company "but its not the way we normally do things" my international move with this company would have been for free.

To start, we couldnt find their offices because they have no signage displayed.

Their workers arrived in dribs and drabs but wore no uniforms and the stragglers didnt bother introducing themselves - they just kind of drifted in and started fiddling with my belongings.

The packers had no training in handling art - touching my oil paintings with dirty hands.

The standard of packaging was poor - the packers didnt use tape dispersers and the sealing of the boxes was untidy,

The contents of the boxes was written on the outside of the boxes in koki pen - encouraging.

The Packers ran out of packaging material.

They used my 'fragile' tape to mark boxes because they had no stickers of their own.

The company truck was filthy.

When we visited their warehouse we found the gate to be unlocked but no security in sight.

The warehouse roof had a hole directly above my stored goods.

AND NOW: Ive just had an email telling me they've mis-quoted for the transport, by a massive twenty percent!
