Car not fixed as agreed

The car was taken in and Peter explained the car was fiering and rear shocks were to be fixed. It was making noise and the car came back still making same noise and still fiering. I really think I paid R2100 for nothing and the job was never done. Funny thing is a survey massage was sent and we responded that we were not satisfied by work done and its 2 or 3 weeks later and no one ffrom car city fourways has not yet contact us or try and assist or explain. I regret taking my car there now it seems the money was just dumped on the ocean
