Terrible service after routine car service

I took my Diahatsu Terrios for a routine service to The Glen Mulifranchise - as I have done since I bought my car from them. At 11am I get a call - to report that "from wear and tear, the sump nut was stripped and they would need to get someone in to re-thread it at a cost (of course). Obviously they think - ah-ha - this is a women... let's tell her some story - she won't know any better!!!
I then waited for someone to call and let me know that my car was ready - but by 16:45 I called them. They then tried to convince me that they have called me at 15:15 and left a message---yeah right. When I got to the service center, I insisted on speaking to the service manager, who admitted that the nut could only be stripped if it was tightened to much - but he will be having a meeting with his manger at 6pm, and call me back first thing in the morning. But I must just pay the full amount and then they will re-reimburse me.
And then to top it all - my car was not even washed!! And guess what - the plug was never re-threaded - a coil was put in - at R500??? Needless to say Mr Johan Cronje has not bottered to call back, even after leaving him messages.
Anybody at HOffice I can call?
