Utterly USELESS and Unprofessional!!

I took my car in to these people for very MINOR repairs after I was involved in an accident. I was told the car would be there for 7-10working days. FOUR FULL WEEKS later, I am still without a car because they are waiting for delivery of the correct grille after they only JUST discovered the one they have doesn't fit... I request to take my car while they wait for the grille and am bullied into paying the ENTIRE outstanding balance before they will release my own car to me UNFINISHED!! Now, more than 2weeks after collecting my car, I have called them 4 times and am never gotten back to! I FINALLY get hold of Denise only to be told "Oh sorry, your grille has been discontinued. Not my problem! " I am so disgusted with these people and their plain lack of professionalism and just common courtesy! I will make SURE no-one I know uses them for any panelbeating or any motor-related work!! Ever!!
