On the 19 March 13 my car was towed to Abarante BMW for panelbeating with the approval of Absa Idirect. The poor service that this panelbeaters is rendering has made my life to be misarable. This panelbeaters doesn't give feddback on the work done I have called them almost evry week and what makes me angry was that I called them on the 30 April and I was told that my car will be done in a week and a half on the 6May I called again and to be told that my car will be ready on the 9th on the day I called left numerous messages for Maria and her manager but no one bothered to return my calls. As usually they will promise to call and they will never do that. I managed to get hold of Maria on the 10 and she said she will call me back she is going to talk to the foreman after 3 hours I called again and only to be told that my car was still not ready they are waiting for parts. The same info was given to my insurance co and this message was the one that they gave me on the 12 April. They can't even afford to give me a courtesy car and now I am so tired of their it either they borrow me a car to do my work or to just declare that they can't fix my car.
