Same thing - NO FEEDBACK, NO RESULTS

This is the 2nd report I am writing for the SAME problem. They responded to my last complaint sayng they will be in touch shortly. They were, but didn't help.
Before, it took 2 months to get a service date. Then they kept my car for 2 DAYS.
Now, they had my car for 3 DAYS (promised no more than 2).
From the entire PAGE of issues I gave to them, in the 3 days they had my car, here's what they fixed: The wheel alignment. A 10 minute fix.
They said they would need to order a new radio - still waiting, no feedback.
They said they had replaced the headlamp - it wasn't working when I fetched my car. Went back, they replaced it. IT WENT OUT AGAIN TODAY. I TOLD them there was a bigger issue than just changing the lightbulb, they DON'T LISTEN.
They promised they would call to fix the rust lifting the tint on my window - never heard from them. It's been 2 WEEKS since then.
They don't give a toss. I have a trip early tomorrow, with an unroadworthy car!
I am SO SICK of this whole story and the ATTITUDE I get from the service guy "what do you want me to do, you can fetch your car, but it's not fixed" (end of day 2). They are holding me hostage and don't even offer a courtesy car!
