Faulty Engine on expensive ca

At the end of April this year I traded my Golf 5 Gti and Ford Bantam 2010 for a Audi S3 2008. I had about 5 deals with them before. OhYes! The loyal customer. The floor price was R225000. I pointed out an oil leak and cracked windscreen. Abdul Mia the co-owner said that all their expensive cars goes to the agents for a full diagnostic check and to fix all problems. RAFIK, the salesman said that these will be sorted out the following week. I have been phoning week in and out and Rafik promises to phone me back but never does. 2 months later, the windscreen was replaced. Then battle continued with the diagnostics story. And right up till today nothing materialised. Now a few weeks back the car's coolant light came on. I was then told that the thermostat and waterpump needs to be replaced. After stripping the car, Terry'Auto in Mafikeng told me that the Turbo is also packing up. Motorite only pay R8000 for the Turbo. The quotation R26500. The dealer refuse to cover the difference. I have the car only 4 months. MIA does not even help with a rental car. I am an outbound sales consultant at FNB earning commision. My performance is suffering and my salary as well. HELP
