I am utterly disgusted and very disappointed at the level of quality and workmanship I have received from a respectable group like Autobahn arc. My vehicle was booked in for repairs beginning of April 2013. I received notification for collection on the 24th of May and was shocked by the mediocre workmanship.

The paint was running of the doors, parts quoted were not replaced and the general workmanship was of very low quality. I spent more than 2 Hours waiting on the 24th of May while your staff were trying to fix all the problems pointed out. Unfortunately some parts weren't sourced and the Alloy could not be fixed, Lizelle suggested I bring back the vehicle the following week. While driving I noticed severe vibration on the steering wheel. After numerous calls and several messages I finally arranged for the car to be booked in.
I received the vehicle back on the 5th of June and found that the vibration was not resolved. Again, after numerous calls and several unanswered messages Lizelle informed me that I could book the vehicle in on the 10th of June. I have since taken my vehicle back numerous times.
At this stage i am not getting any service or response from autobahn.
