BAD STINCKING SERVICE. Opel corsa essentia 2013

On the 20/07/2013 i bought a new car at GM (Rustenburg), By the 20/08/2013 I heard some strange tipping noise from the bonnet & there is like something is pulling under the carpet coming from under the car when the feet is on the pedals. Went to the dealership, the sales peson with the workshop foreman started it & said i should book it in. I returned to the dealership the following day, all that happened is three guys (Lieb, Adriaan & Steven) driving it around the blog & the said they didn't hear or feel anything strange. So i asked if they could check with machines to get a proper diagnosis but i don't think they did because they didn't provide a proper report all i got was an email stating that they checked & found no fault. the same sound and movement is still there. THIS IS REALLY STRESSING ME AS THIS IS A NEW CAR (1550 KM) THAT SHOULD NOT BE CAUSING ME ALL THIS PROBLEMS & THE FACT THAT THE DEALERSHIP IS NOT HELPING ME IS WORSE. Bethuel (the sales person) is the worst, there is a thing called after care & he doesn"t have an idea what it is. Haven't even paid my first installement & already dealing with this. Was telling some guy about this & he suspect it's tappets causing prblem
