How rude!!!

You know next time you haves client, be friendly!!! It's costs you nothing!!! Your attitude is one of the worst I've come across in a long time!! Telling me I am 30 mins late, learn to take the gate into account slip and take the fact that I had to sit and WAIT for you till 8h40 So treating me rudely is exactly how I will treat you. As respect is earned you don't just get it. Flapping your eyes and pulling your mouth at a client is rude. You don't belong behind that desk dealing with clients. And thanks Auto Alphina I gave you a chance but as usual I received the worst possible service and funny enough I knew that it would happen upfront.
