Hats off to this group of guys, I recently took a Fait Punto 1.2 Auto into the workshop for diagnostics, although my problem could not be resolved at Fait, the team I was dealing with never stopped trying. I dealt with two different departments and with three different individuals, namely Garren from spares, Johan (Service Advisor) and Anthony (Workshop Manager).

The three of them were, throughout the period my vehicle was in their workshop, friendly, professional, clearly well informed within their area of profession, accommodating and simply just prepared to go that extra mile.

In a country filed with poor service, dealing with Alfa Romeo & Fiat East Rand (Boksburg) was a pleasant change from the norm. If you are a Fait or Alfa owner / driver, take these guys out for a test drive, the service you'll receive will only blow your mind.
