Disappointment turned into a pleasure

We bought a second hand / demo Chery QQ from Gerrie De Vries, and unfortunately it broke down on the way home. I had it towed back to the garage, and Hermanus (the Branch Manager) said that of course they would lend me a courtesy car while they looked into the fault.

Although it was initially terribly disappointing to encounter such a problem, we were pleased at the way it was all handled - the fault was rectified immediately with no charge to us.

The car is a pleasure to drive, and I feel well treated - despite the unforeseen hiccup. The entire team from the parts people, the service people, the sales people, and the management, were extremely kind and friendly to me, and made me feel well cared for. In the end, it took two days as they had to order a lead for the car. Thank you.
