Poor repair and service

With poor service regarding my vehicle at this multi-franchise my car has a lot of rattles on it, the back door, left front door keeps on rattling also the engin does not sound very good, sound like a car that never goes in for a service, on of the problems is the fan belt, how can ons resolve this problem, for this dealership to give good service back, I am starting to look at other motor car and if this is the type of service that I can expect fro this dealership I will not be buying another Pajero, as the car can be good but the service is not, I might as well then take my car to a back yard mechanic and the service will probably be better. I also have to wait for parts like filters when bringing my car in for a service? how can this be? I some times get the feeling that this garage is not even sevicing my car, they just take it through the car wash and give it back to me as is.

other problems I have picked up on is that my service reminder on the vehicle does not get reset? how qualified is your mechanics to work on these types of vehicles then?

I have bought 3 Pajero's in the past 12 years and found that the car is good but the service has gone from good to bad to terrible.
