OUT OF STOCK AND INCORRECT INFORMATION, AGAIN

In June/beginning of July we contacted the above mentioned company and requested whether they have a battery, the Vorta V625I, for my car remote. My fiance was told that there was stock and he could come through to get one. However, when he got to Volkswagen he was informed that they made a mistake and they don't have any stock. I contacted them again last week Wednesday and again requested whether they have the same battery for the remote. I gave through the make and model of my car as well as of the battery model and I was informed that they just got in new stock and they got in a lot of stock so we can come in at any time. I asked the person whether he was sure that he knows what I am talking about and if he is sure they have stock, because we had problems the previous time. When we went there today, we were again informed that they do not have any stock and they again gave us incorrect information over the phone. Every single time it is traveling expenses for us and for what?? To be told that we were given incorrect information again?
