DISGRUNTLED BMW OWNER - NOW WITH DAMAGED CAR

I bought a new BMW (Auto) from AutoGlen (07/12). I've had a number of issues mostly due to incompetence/sloppy customer serv - incl:
1-Smoking aro overfilling of engine oil by /- 2 ltr -drained by another branch (2 days off road)
2-Failed Fuel injector (4 days)
3-Brake fault (as per CPU), smoking, squeaking & turbo lag- yet to be repaired. (5d)

Although annoying, the incidents (5 serv calls/6 mnths) did not grieve me as much as the after service. In short-
1-No Communication, whatsover. I always needed to phone them.
2-In the last instance, none of the faults were repaired, besides applying copperslip? to breaks (did not help), some tests & door alignment (both fruitless)
3-When returning my vehicle they dented the left fender! Now 'repaired', it's not perfect, with no recourse & less R500 petrol. I have to live with it & the hope that the value is not affected.

Despite numerous Emails to the branch, DP, BMW central & service managers, BMW themselves hasn't bothered to acknowledge my emails or return phone calls. I'll never deal with AutoGlen again & dread dealing with BMW themselves as they just didn't care (clear from their lack of response) ito my entire experience.
