I paid for a box from New Zealand, needed it urgent, so much for $$$ premium, service leaves a lot to be desired. Left NZ 19 July 2013 arived in SA July 21. I was expecting a call from them, after a week nothing I log on to DHL site and request info, nothing, on 30 July I make phone calls to the toll free number an get sent from pillar to post. I have since made more than 20 calls and dealt with about a dozen different people, managment included, that never return calls. Still have no box as now I have issues at customs, the box has now been in the country for almost a month, shocking how these are so ignorant to customer service & relations, it's the last time I use these, as I should have learnt from a simillar eperience a couple of years back.
Don't use DHL.
