Paid for next day delivery - took 2 days to be del

I posted a parcel overnight to Port Alfred from Kloof post office - counter to door - I paid over R150, 00
and my parcel was not delivered till 11.00am on the Wednesday. I was told an untrue story by Siphiso
and then told by Nomasazi that the truck broke down and my parcel was never sent! I have submitted a claim on the 18-01-13 and to date have had no response!!!
