I would sincerely like to thank Rentia and Moses at Kia Roodepoort for assisting me with a problem I had with my gearbox on Saturday. I arrived without an appointment, desperate to have my gearbox sorted out. Rentia explained that I needed an appointment but asked Moses to have a look at what the problem could be. Just as well she did because Moses identified a part on the gearbox that wasn't properly tightened when an upgrade part was fitted a few days ago by Kia Sandton. My car is now sorted and I am grateful for the assistance. It's so great to have such competent people around. Many thanks once again to Rentia and Moses for going the extra mile in order to assist me!
