No response after complaint

This is the 3rd time I am complaining. Fedex doesn't respond to my complaint. They called me after I complained, but gave a very hasty explanation and said they would get back to me with more details. hasnt happened yet. I will keep complaining on this site until I get a satisfactory reply. Considering writing to the newspapers too...
