Poor Service and damaged key

My car was towed to ecar as it was not starting, they were incompetent to diagnose the fault and kept on phoning me with new faults, when I told them I want the release fee as I want to take my car for a second opinion, they telephoned me and mentioned my car starting and I can come pick it up, they charged me r800 for pressure bleeding the fuel system. the next day the car did not start as there was air in the system, my friend bleed the injectors and the car started no problem to date. They also returned my car with a damaged car key and mentioned the tow truck driver delivered the car with the key damaged which was not the case. on collection of my motor vehicle the back seats were still out of position as they were working on the fuel pump and the technician's tools was still in the vehicle.
