APOLLING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM MANAGER

On 20th July 2013, my fiance'and i arrived at bp edenvale and filled fuel upon payment i used my debit card which the transaction had said paid from my bank via sms, I furthermore was not going to re swipe because it said paid. the machine didnot print a slip and niether did my tranction get reversed so we left and left contact details. Fareed contacts my finace'saying payment was not paid, so I then contacted my bank and they said the transaction needed to be authorised by the clients bank (bp), I then liased with fareed and his arrogance, attitude and rudeness was appolling, he refused to listen and do any part from his side meaning show proper customer service, he ordered me to come right away and pay again, and said im not the first customer that this happend too, also threatened to take it further if I did not agree. With a very high pitched tone which I did not appreciate. I will never support that service station again and i will also surley spread the news about my dreadful and disgusted experience.
