Food not fresh, expired

I have previously bought a Cadbury's Chocolate that had long expired from BP filling station on Corlett drive. Sometimes one trusts the merchandise and therefore trust that all goods sold are fresh. Today again, I bought a packet of Cadbury's tumbles, which had once again expired. I would like to find out if there are any fresh chocolates in the convenient store at all? And is anyone checking the expiry date on the merchandise?
