I had a complaint about goods being sold as from sell by date, Dean sell by date is different to EXPIRY date, Yesterday yet again i go to Checkers and i buy a 1KG yoghurt for the week, guess when the Expiry date was TODAY! Now please understand, WHAT HAPPENED TO CONSIDERING CUSTOMERS???!!! WHEN CUSTOMERS BUY A 1KG YOGHURT DO YOU THINK WE WILL FINISH IT IN A DAY???!! I BUY IT FOR THE WEEK TO LAST A WEEK BUT COULDNT EVEN USE IT TODAY!!! My time WASTED, MONEY WASTED and do you really think i have time to go back home look for slips, and go back to the shop? as a customer we TRUST that CHECKERS HAS FRESH GOODS AVAILABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, to me that is not fresh, I have notified you each and everytime, The fresh goods manager of the store said last wednesday when he called me, that i can come in and he will refund me and give me fresher goods, DIDNT MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT SLIPS, now today i called him again and he says bring the slips, ITS SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME, I DONT FEEL LIKE DOING MY MONTHLY SHOPPING AT THIS STORE COZ I KEEP ON GETTING EXPIRED GOODS, ITS SO FRUSTRATING you dont get the service you require and deserve! I AM SICK OF CHECKERS MESSING ME AROUND!!!
