On Monday afternoon 31 July I flew from Cape Town to Lanseria. From there I needed to rent a vehicle to get back to Potchefstroom. At Lanseria, I was experiencing problems with my credit card (more so with ABSA). My sister, who stays in Cape Town, offered to help me out, but Avis needed to give us the green light since they understandably have certain terms and conditions. Louis at Avis Lanseria immediately offered to contact my sister in Cape Town. He then explained the situation to Daniel, who gave the thumbs up with a smile. I want to thank these two gentlemen for their help. They were professional, extremely friendly and showed a great deal of compassion for my situation. I will never use another car rental company again. Louis and Daniel won my loyalty. Thanks a million, guys.
