Wiper cleaners disgusting

I filled up with a round R450 fuel today, and as I was getting late I did not notice until I left that the glass all round that was cleaned had smeared mud all over, unfortunately the front glass did not look bad until I drove out on the freeway and the suns rays was directed on the car. My brand new car now has scratches all over the glass, cos the wiper cleaners they use to clean the windows had virtually no sponge left on them which results in the mechanism scratching and messing the car. With all the money pouring in surely they don't need to cost cut. Its despicable that this can happen, I will get a quote for the repairs and send the invoice to them
