VW Mcdulings Booysens used cars Bad service

Bought a second hand car from VW Mcdulings Booysens used cars 3.5 weeks ago. The license on the car expired on the 2013-06-30, i cant use the car because i can get fined. the car have been parked for 2 weeks because of that matter. the salesman i bought the car from does not keep up to date as to what is happening with registrations and have to call in every time and he gives a different story. I called in to speak to the used car Sales Manager complaining with the service this morning (2013-08-01). This was the words from his mouth "DONT COME AND TELL ME THAT MY SERVICE IS!! ", and he raised my voice at me instead of listening to me or explain the situation. I understand registrations takes time and is out of their control i m not sure if it takes 3 weeks to get the registrations done. They should have at-least gave me the permit initially. I am not happy with the service and how the sales manager spoke to me as a client when trying to raise my concern.
