They changed my breaks only to realise that i didn't have funds to pay for that i called them to advise that they shouldn't do it they said they were done i asked them to remove it then the guy by the name of Sanjeev was reluctant to do it and said he will call me back to advice if he managed to do it or else it can be done the next day. Guess what he never called to tell me the car was not done I called them back at 17:15 nobody picked up that's when i realised i wasn't getting my car. the next day he called me to say my car was ready i asked him why didn't he call to notify me it wasn't done the day before he started shouting at me saying he told me he wasn't going to remove it on the same day he said to me I need to pay for his labour i said to him i don't have the money, he went on and on saying i was being difficult to him and he was going to return a favor by not giving me my car until i pay the amount in full i called the service manager who also didn't care about what happened between his staff and his customer, all he wanted was his money he told me to go ahead and report him he didn't mind to be known for bad service. so yes I'm doing this to live up to his expectations.
