Amazing service from team at Kia

I wish I had paid attention to names, nonetheless I want to just let everyone know about the fantastic service I received from Kia Sandton. I took my vehicle in two weeks ago for a service. I received a friendly greeting, cup of coffee and was transported to my office while my vehicle was being service.

The piece that really wowed me was receiving a call just before my car went in to the workshop, the call half way through the process, the call at the end when the vehicle was ready. The next morning I got another call to ensure everything was ok. Absolutely great service.

My iPod was left in the car and even that was wrapped up and given to me.

Well done Kia for improving your service.
