The customer service skills of Toyota Centurion's manager - he sent me the following e-mail today:
Hi Cindy!
Very interesting point?
Funny how this vehicle also passed roadworthy if this was a problem when the inspection was done. Also very interesting how you were very happy to proceed AFTER test driving this vehicle, if this was a problem before delivery? Surely if this defect was there then you would have heard it during YOUR test drive too? But no you did not.
My opinion, this is a small matter arisen after delivery! Which happens often since a vehicle is a mechanical machine that can breakdown from time to time... Whereby we made a booking by the agents for you to resolve the issue at NO COST to you.
Warranty in place!!!
Yet we find it still impossible to satisfy you.
Please let's not get personal and point fingers!! Service is all you ever got from us.
As things stand now I would like to inform you, that I am attending to your issue, and will give you feedback as soon possible.
Please ask Elmar to answer his phone as I tried phoning him 3 times already today, with NO success also send a mail from Barry van Rooyens email???
