I received a call from Skynet on the 14th August 2013 stating that my study material was received from UNISA and i should have it by the latest Tuesday 16th. Every single day from Tuesday i called the contact centre and was advised that i would receive my package the very next day, but this continued unitl I spoke to Tanya who promised to email the branch manager where the package was housed and give me feedback the very day before 16h30. This never happened and still I have not received my package our a courtesy call from her. This is terrible service from such a company and people such as Tanya couldn't careless of what is happening. My call to her was between 15h00 and 16h00, and Lucia put me through to her. This is bad service and I wish more people should know how bad their service is. I would certaintly not use them or advise anyone to use them, and will advise UNISA of their terrible service!
