UNISA study material not delivered timeously

UNISA study material not delivered yet dispatched by UNISA 15/07/2013. Calls to the courier company cut off resulting in endless, unsuccessful calls to this supplier. Eventually get through to speak to team leader Tanya and no further feedback from her on my query despite 3 emails being sent requesting feedback on this issue.
Yesterday, as an escalation, I called the branch manager, Patrick, on cell phone and left voice message with my contact details -no response received yet. This is unacceptable service from a company such as this one!
