Still waiting for spares

I have been waiting for 4 months now for parts I have paid for and this guy refuses to refund me because he says it is on back order. I have to phone the dealership every time to find out how far my parts are. Very poor service and I would not recommend any one doing business with this guy even his dealership in Sasolburg (Big Boy scooters) have a poor service record.
