BMW 520D M SPORT F10 CRASHING SUSPENSION

Please help anyone. Does anyone have the same problem? Please contact me 0721565243. My car suspension was fine till about 5000km and it started to ride very harsh. It crashes and bottoms out on almost every imperfect road and the car has evolved some huge rattles. I reported it at my first service but haven't been sorted as yet,! I have changed the tyres to no success. It has to be the worst ride in any premium car ever! I am very mad at myself and i am cancelling the whole deal after 26000km. I can't take it anymore! And the service at BMW is absolutely absurd bad. The worst experience that anybody can have! I won't buy a B.MW again!
