Absolute poor service

Yesterday my missus car was towed to E-car i greenstone at 9-30am. The guy we dealing with was Riaan who at the counter seemed very helpful. as things usually go "please leave the car with us to investigate the problem" which we dually did. before walking out we requested that he please keep us posted as to iliminating the problems. Not a single call from him yesterday but as per usual we had to do all the calling and questioning as to what they have found or not found. When the 2nd last call was made yesterday we were told they are waiting for a ignition specialist to arrive. this morning the missus called to find out whats happening as we have heard absolutely nothing and got the same answer as late yesterday afternoon 'we waitng for the ignition specialist'. at 12.12 i now called to get answers and the answer was exactly the same as the previous 3 phon calls' we are waituing for the ignition specialist' about 15 mins later i get a call from my missus saying Riaan just called her and said that we must rather collect the car because we are in such a hurry dude all we asking is WHAT IS GOING ON i mean you have had the car for freaking a day and a half with 10 call from us???
