Unreliable and unacceptable Service

Since the 12th of July, I was expecting my Unisa Study Material. I was tracking it on the website, and the progress stood still. When I phoned the first time, they say they will follow up, and get back to me. They never did.

When I phoned on Friday 19 July, they lady said it will be delivered that day. It never came. This also happened on Monday and Tuesday, 22 and 23 July respectively.

I just got of the phone, and was told they will have to find the driver.

I wish Unisa will not use these pathetic people, becuase my assignment is due in 3 weeks.
