Terrible Business Acumen

I took my car to Mystic cars in Ballito for a trade in or a cash buy out.
After inspecting the vehicle, the sales manager and owner made me a cash buy out price and a trade in price against one of their vehicles.

A few hours later i returned to the dealer and we ended up shaking hands on an agreed buy out price without taking any car from them.

The next morning I dropped my car at the dealer and signed the transfer form and left, awaiting confirmation of EFT.
After a few hours, Willie (sales manager) calls me to say that he now cannot pay the agreed price on my car. He stated that the terms have now changed, so that now i will "have" to take a car from their floor or pick my car up. This was now after i had already cancelled my insurance on the vehicle and signed all the paperwork.

They took no responsibility on the matter and even refused to pay the insurance penalty that i was handed to reinstate my car.
Wille says he is just following instructions from his boss (who has apparently out of the country) and cannot help me further.

Matter will be handed to CPA.

Please take care on shady car dealerships like this. The way they conduct business is putrid and should be shut down!
