FALSE INFORMATION

Good day,

I would just like to report the bad experience I had with this dealer. Yesterday (22/07/2013) my girlfriend applied to purchase a vehicle, but did not meet the financial requirements. She then asked if it was possible for us to take out a personal loan and the dealer agreed and said we have until tomorrow (23/07/2013) to make the offer. We then took out the loan this morning (23/07/2013) and by 10AM I had the cash money ready to do the payment, only to find that the dealer sold the car off to somebody else. They obviously explained "their process" to us "afterwards" (we were never informed that the car went back onto the market until after taking out the loan). My problem is that I have now taken out a loan for a car that has been sold to somebody else. This has caused a huge inconvenience to us and needless to say you have lost more than just 1 client.

Please make sure you give people the right information in the future, as I would not want anybody else to go through the same thing. Needless to say, we're no longer interested in this dealer.
