Got my car wrecked after service

I bought the the car brand new, last year in May. I took my car for service and after a week the car overheated and that was the beginning of all...

The following week:(Bear in mind I drive with my daughter morning and evening, sometimes travel outside Gauteng)
Whenever I fill-up petrol, the car will just switchoff.
You have to start the car 2 - 3 times before it actually switches on.
After it switches on it will for more than over a minute.

When I called to report the fault on Thursday, the rude receptionist told me I can only get a booking next Thursday at that time my car is stuck. Managed to speak to her boss who gave me a Monday booking.

I was the first to bring in my car in the morning and was charged for diagnostics but it was attended at 14:30 that was after i called to follow-up. Was then told that i will get the car the following day.

When I went to collect the car, they told me they can't find any fault but when I got home the car was having the same problems. I asked how come this started after you guys serviced it.

Till today they are sending me from pillar to post, they told me to pay R9 163.32 for damages caused by them.

What a pathetic service!!!
