If you care about your car dont go to this carwash

14/7/2013- I took my BMW to Engen convenience centre carwash and since they offer the service to leave the car there and pick it up I did so only to find that my car was scratched. I spoke to the manager (Satish) and he said that he will review the CCTV and get back to me (which he never did). The next day a lady assisted me by showing me the footage and it suggested that this was caused by the vacuum cleaner. The lady even told me that this was most likely the cause. On 17/07/2013 I went back to speak to the co-owner (Rajesh Ramperthab)... He was the most unpleasant person I have ever met who does not care about his customers. He was aggressive and even told me in the presence of the manager (Satish) that if I care so much about my car I must wash it myself and not take it to the carwash. Satish agreed with me that this was no way to speak to a customer. Rajesh's co-owner, Mark, shares the same opinion as Rajesh. They told me that there is no proof that it was the vacuum cleaner and they will not pay for the damages.

If you care about your vehicle DO NOT take it to Engen Ballito as they do not care about their customers. DISGUSTING ATTITUDES by the owners.
