We had a difficulty in obtaining the licence disk, I was impressed at how professional and patient the staff were with us as difficult clients.

I would like to compliment the DP on his hands on approach and handling of the problem which in the end made me walk out with a smile. Also to the salesman for his professional attitude towards the complaint and how quickly he sorted out the licence disk and the papers for the car.
