Charged R8000 to replace a licence disk?!

I paid R8000 for a licence disk for a company truck. Already I considered myself ripped off. But then somebody the licence disk off the truck and I needed to replace it. I have done so but at the cost of an additional R8000!

Is there anyway I can query this or do something about it to reduce the cost?
