OTP for Demo van finalized. Made payment in full. Next day I was told the van was actually sold to another client. Then I was referred to Brits branch. Settled for another vehicle which was worth less, I was told it had 110 000 km and on delivery discovered it had 10 000 more km's. I should have received a refund, but now over 10 working days, nothing yet. Registration still outstanding, and canopy not supplied and fitted yet. Also waiting for set of spare keys. Please investigate..
