Superb service - excellent customer service!

I called JSN motors Thursday 11 July 2013 to get my BMW X3 Serviced. From that call onwards I received something rather rare in this country - SERVICE EXCELLENCE!!!

from the person that booked me in for the Friday, to meeting Kevin Govinden, to the driver that drove me back to my office and fetched me later that afternoon, to the LADY that opened the car door for me (where do you ever see this), to Bernadine that constantly kept me in the loop of where my vehicle is at a point in time of the service and right up to Robyn and Wayne's constant engagement a day later to see if everything was fine.

This must be their standard process, but i have to say - I have owned many BMWs and have been for many services - this dealership for me stands out above the rest.

Team at JSN -- keep up the good work - you guys are the true definition of what customer service should be like.
