Appalling Service

The branch of Car Service City that is situated at the corner of Rivonia&South Road is an embarrassment to the Car Service City brand! I left my car in the hands of a man named Danny and his mechanics and at the end of a very frustrating experience, it seems I paid over R1, 000 for a car wash because that is the only evident result of their service. Even then the car wash was shoddy at best!!! Besides the fact that they seemingly have no clue about what they are doing, they also are quite evidently set on crooking any client who walks through their doors as their main objective is to milk their clients dry! I bought a radiator cap from them for R495, in naivet? and this same cap failed to work on TWO different water pumps that another mechanic tested, as I eventually had to refer to people who actually have expertise in this area. I was advised by 2 different mechanics that the problem was the inferior/cheap model of cap that had been sold to me by Danny. Due to the disinterest displayed by this, I had to go to a motor spares store where I purchased another cap at the alarming price of R50! I haven't had a problem with my car since the second diagnosis. CAR SERVICE CITY is BS!!!
