Sold a Defective part, refused to pay for damages

Sold a defective water pump, which sheared clean through the shaft causing the fan to ram into and damage the radiator. Only offered replacement of the water pump at time of first Claim. Then failed to lodge a timeous claim with the principal supplier, who eventually rejected the claim on grounds it was not lodged timeously in terms of the warranty between KR Motor Spares and Prinicipal Supplier. Dragged heels dealing with the Claim for damages and labour, displayed very poor level of customer relations skills and dismal communications skills. Have failed to apply a reasonable mind in the matter and quite simply don't deserve to be in business based on this experience. Matter is going legal but wish for Public to be aware of this incident and think twice about dealing with KR Motor Spares in New Germany who clearly do not know how to deal with matters of this nature.
