Who goes into business today and uses the customer to fund their stockroom?!!
I have been a huge supporter of Chrysler & Jeep in the past and have had many great experiences both with the driving experiences and the relationships with the Dealership over the past 10 years but EVERYTHING CHANGED for me last week and I will NEVER go back.

1. I cannot believe the 'pre pay' policy they throw at their customers for parts availability. They have NO availability. This means that the business does not carry its own stock on wear & tear items anymore.

2. To avoid 'pre paying' on discs I have might not needed, it was suggested that I have them checked and was kindly asked to pay an hours worth labour @R800 to do this. Most businesses will void this charge if you have them do the full job for you... not this dealership... Im surprised they don't make you pay for the coffee too.

Chrysler/Jeep no longer support long term relationships with their customers unless its to benefit of themselves. Its not a 'through thick & thin' policy so I've decided its time take my business elsewhere.
