Unfair traetment and billing

I have car insurance with BWM Insurance (Alexander Forbes) and I'm shocked at the service a got from this company i got a car hire from tempest due my car being repaired by my insurance i got a Polo Vivo and one day i had a puncher when i wanted to change the tyre only to find that the tyre was flat i called but couldn't get help as it was on a sunday so i had to sort myself out so i was able to repair the tyre but the wheel cap wouldn't fit to the tyre after all that experience whenn time expired for me to take back the car i was later accused of braking their wheel cap and now bullying me to pay something that is their faulty tyre the wheel cap wouldnt fit im furious of such horrible serivice because im being threatned with ITC blacklisting over wheel cap that was faulty from them and when i got the vehicle it was stright form another client in which they didnt even bother to check. i'm highly dissapointed by Alexander Forbes for chosing such a scheming company to subcontract thier car division cos they try hard to scheme people. they initially wanted R /- 300 today it increased to R777.39 overnight thats just ridiculous.
