Epairs effected less than 3 months same problem

Booked my bike in by Traction Motorcycles, according to them fuel pump replaced with new (although their invice states 2nd hand), adamant that it was replaced new. Less than 3 months later, same problem. Took the bike to the agents, they confirm it is in fact the original pump bike was manufactured with, although work was done on it. Traction does not want to accept any responsibility, also refuses to supply me with copies of documentation for parts replaced, also say they are not responsible for parts that went missing off the bike (exhaust heat plates) as they say the previous owner stripped same. Cost of the bill with Traction - R 6 000.00, and it will now cost even more to have the agents rectify the problem. Please I need assistance herein.
