Sell cars to customers that falls apart in 10mths

Sold car to me and my wife car enjin is faling apart and the sell you a maintenince plan at people that can even work on car they tell you they don't have the tools to fix it and then they brake your car further if I can advise you don't buy a car by them and after all that they tell you its not there problem
